With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ashley understands what it takes to work with real estate professionals and lenders to address their title and escrow needs. In her role, she is responsible for various sales activities for our three offices located in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

Ashley is excited for the opportunity to apply her experience and collaborative skills to support the needs of her clients. She looks forward to helping them navigate the tools and resources that Old Republic Title has to offer, and she anticipates establishing meaningful and impactful connections.

Although born in Albuquerque, Ashley and her sisters were raised by “a single mom with a gypsy soul” and lived in various locations throughout New Mexico, along with cities in Alaska, Montana and California. Ashley is the proud mother of five children and one grandchild. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new interests, traveling and finding peace in nature.

Jillian brings a wealth of real estate expertise to her role as Sales Executive for Old Republic Title’s New Mexico operations. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has worked across multiple facets of the business, including marketing, transaction coordination and client education. She also spent seven years as a licensed real estate agent, holding dual-state licensure, which has given her a broad perspective and deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and client needs.


Jillian is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional value to her clients. She approaches every interaction with the intention of truly listening and ensuring others feel heard and supported. Recognizing that real estate transactions can be complex and unpredictable, Jillian relies on clear, calm communication to navigate challenges. Her ability to connect people with opportunities is not just a skill—it’s her superpower.


Originally from South Dakota, Jillian relocated to Albuquerque in April 2025 after 20 years in the Denver metro area. A proud mother of two children, she shares her home with her husband, Jason, their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cinder, and 13 chickens. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys highlighting local activities on social media and giving back to the community by donating fresh produce from her garden and orchard.
