Submitting a Title Insurance Claim

The following is for Title Insurance Policy claims.  For claim information on other types of Old Republic Insurance, such as Home Protection, please go to https://www.oldrepublicinsurancegroup.com/contact-old-republic

Title Insurance Claims may be submitted via a state-specific email address or the physical address located at the bottom of this page.  In addition, if you need assistance with submitting a claim, please call 855-777-5881.

To assist with our initial investigation, please include the following information:

1. The reason and explanation of your claim, along with any additional important information.
2. Your Policy Number and a copy of the title policy or the commitment that shows Old Republic Title as the underwriter.
3. Any other documentation that may support your claim, such as Settlement Statement or Closing Disclosure, Mortgage, Surveys, or any notices you have received from third parties.
4. All of your contact information.

As part of our investigation, we may request additional documentation and information, including but not limited to a sworn proof of loss and/or the insured's examination under oath. The Claims Administrator will inform you of additional documentation or requirements.

Please allow 10 days for Old Republic Title to acknowledge receipt of your claim. Within those 10 days, the Claims Administrator investigating the coverage should send an acknowledgment of receipt. 

Please direct all status inquiries to the assigned Claims Administrator, along with the claim number provided on the acknowledgment of receipt.
