CAS Leadership Team
Terence P. Guerriere, Esq.
Terence has over 30 years of extensive industry involvement as an attorney, manager, and executive. His title insurance experience includes employment on both sides of the title agency relationship; as an agent and as an underwriter, including time with Old Republic Title’s Eastern Division Commercial Office.
After building his expertise as an attorney in private practice and as co-founder of a title insurance agency, Terence became an Executive Vice President for a major national commercial title agency and large commercial real estate services provider, playing key roles in agency markets. Terence joined Old Republic in 2021 to establish and manage Commercial Agency Services
Terence graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. He clerked for a New York State Surrogate’s Court. Terence is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section.
Between his knowledge of commercial agency, underwriting experience and business acumen, Terence is ready to provide excellent service and support to commercial agents who choose Old Republic Title as their preferred underwriter.
