Course Description:
Designed by the National Association of REALTORS, this course details the REALTOR Code of Ethics, the importance of the code, and how it applies to the business conducted by REALTORS. All REALTOR members are required to complete ethics training once every three years.
Code of Ethics - NAR Requirement Information:
Step 1: CHECK YOUR STATUS - NAR's New Cycle is from January 1, 2022 and ends December 31, 2024.
If your status is "INCOMPLETE" continue to Steps 2-3:
Step 2: FIND YOUR NAR "MEMBER ID" - You will need your NAR "MEMBER ID" when you register with us. This is how we report back to NAR that you have completed the class.
Step 3: REGISTER - Have your NAR "MEMBER ID" ready and register for our class on December 7th.
There is NO COST to attend the class to satisfy NAR's requirement. Everyone that attends the entire class will be reported as COMPLETE. We also offer an OPTIONAL 3 Hours of TREC CE Credit for $30.

Pat Strong received her real estate license in 1980 and her broker’s license in 1983. She was an active agent listing and selling real estate for over ten years before she moved into management and spent over seven years in the management field. She is now a full-time instructor and teaches courses in Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Pat is devoted to real estate training for both new and seasoned professionals, and instructs CE courses as well as other designation courses. She was awarded the Texas Association of REALTORS® 2006 Educator of the Year.
