Course Description:
This course examines the ethical, legal, and professional risks associated with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in real estate marketing, communications, and consumer interactions. Brokers will gain a deeper understanding of how AI-generated content—when used without verification, sourcing, and professional oversight—can result in misrepresentation, Fair Housing and ADA violations, antitrust concerns, and violations of the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics, including Articles 1, 2, 3, 10,11, 12, 15, and 16.
This course is being offered as a potential alternative Code of Ethics training options for existing REALTOR® members. Acceptance of these courses is determined by each local association or board.

- Current Cycle is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027
- You MUST provide your NAR Member ID at registration to receive a completion certification at no cost.
- Your NAR Member ID is different from your state-issued real estate license number.
- It will be the license holder’s responsibility to submit the completion certificate to your association for reporting to NAR.
