Sandra is a valued member of Old Republic Title’s Albuquerque escrow team with 24 years of experience in the title and escrow industry.
A native of Fort Sumner, New Mexico, Sandra graduated from Fort Sumner High School and Roswell College of Cosmetology before entering the world of title insurance. She quickly learned the business and built a career with two national underwriters prior to joining Old Republic Title. Her favorite things about her job are interacting with new people, building lasting relationships with her clients, and striving to make every closing transaction a great experience for them.
In her spare time, Sandra is active in a local business networking group and enjoys traveling with her husband of 33 years, Jeff. They love glamping and going on cruises, and are looking to invest in an RV soon, so they can spend more time with their daughters, Nichole and Michelle; dogs Sophie (a 2-year-old Boston terrier) and Brutis (a 15-year-old mastiff/pitbull mix); and hopefully, one day, some future grandchildren!
Jillian brings a wealth of real estate expertise to her role as Sales Executive for Old Republic Title’s New Mexico operations. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has worked across multiple facets of the business, including marketing, transaction coordination and client education. She also spent seven years as a licensed real estate agent, holding dual-state licensure, which has given her a broad perspective and deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and client needs.
Jillian is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional value to her clients. She approaches every interaction with the intention of truly listening and ensuring others feel heard and supported. Recognizing that real estate transactions can be complex and unpredictable, Jillian relies on clear, calm communication to navigate challenges. Her ability to connect people with opportunities is not just a skill—it’s her superpower.
Originally from South Dakota, Jillian relocated to Albuquerque in April 2025 after 20 years in the Denver metro area. A proud mother of two children, she shares her home with her husband, Jason, their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cinder, and 13 chickens. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys highlighting local activities on social media and giving back to the community by donating fresh produce from her garden and orchard.
