Course Description:
Material Defects, Inspections, and Disclosures: This course focuses on the legal and ethical obligations of real estate licensees regarding the identification, inspection, and disclosure of material defects in residential properties. It emphasizes protecting both the agent and the client (buyer/seller) through proper, timely disclosures and diligent inspections.
Due Diligence, We're Under Contract, What Now: This course provides a roadmap for managing the transaction process after the purchase agreement is signed, with a focus on risk management and closing procedures.

About the Instructor: John Gilliam
I began providing real estate education services in 2004 teaching pre-licence in Colorado, expanding that work to currently provided CE courses, and conference workshops and keybotes throughout the United States. I am a REEA Gold Standard Leader instructor and DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Educator). I have consulted with REALTOR Boards and other real estate related businesses to create and offer custom real estate courses, provide conference workshops, and being a subject matter panelist.
