Julie is a seasoned escrow professional with over 40 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for Old Republic Title (ORT). Since joining the Company in 2002, Julie has led the growth of a Commercial and Special Projects Division, where she oversees complex, multi-million-dollar transactions in collaboration with a highly experienced title and underwriting team.

Julie and her team handle a wide range of transactions, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, energy and master-planned developments. She is especially passionate about affordable housing development projects involving layered financing, construction loans and HUD closings. Julie also specializes in transactions for new market tax credits and government agencies. A recipient of multiple 5-Star Awards, Julie is recognized as a top producer at ORT.

With over 20 years of experience in Old Republic Title (ORT)’s Alameda County Commercial Division, Jen has successfully closed a diverse range of transactions, including multifamily affordable housing, market-rate developments with construction and permanent financing, and commercial properties such as shopping centers, industrial sites and office buildings.

She is especially passionate about navigating complex transactions and contributing to affordable housing projects that serve seniors, low-income families and students. Jen has earned numerous ORT Star Awards, including several prestigious 5-Star Awards, which recognize expertise and service excellence.

Pamela began her career with a national title company over 30 years ago and immediately recognized her passion for the industry. Over the years, she has pursued excellence across various facets of real estate, gaining valuable experience not only in title insurance but also as a Commercial Lender and Office Broker. Her diverse background deepens her understanding of complex transactions and client needs.

Pamela is an active member of CREW East Bay and has received numerous awards recognizing her commitment to service excellence.
